  • instructions are provided with the .zip file that will contain the following:
    • form.pl (perl script)
    • form.cfg (configuration file for form.pl)
    • standard form.html page (same as the demo form)
      • any entries may be deleted on this form without having to reconfigure form.pl
    • standard thanks.html page (appears after submittal)
    • standard orders.html page to collect orders
    • readme.txt file that contains the instructions
  • fields printed on the email to your customers, as well as to you, will be the same as on the demo
(after payment you will be emailed a password protected download area)
